Marie Parra

Marie PARRA is a legal professional with extensive experience in asset management. Currently serving as a Juriste at Sycomore Asset Management since May 2023, Marie previously held the same position at Rothschild & Co from July 2016 to April 2023. In those roles, responsibilities included managing legal matters related to French law OPCs, facilitating registration for European marketing, drafting and negotiating management agreements and contracts, overseeing the social life of SICAVs, and analyzing regulatory changes impacting financial products. Marie PARRA earned a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Pau and Adour Countries in 2016.
