Sierra Weyer

Sierra Weyer has over eight years of work experience in various roles within the hospitality and gaming industry. Sierra currently serves as the Director of Enterprise Analytics at Sycuan Casino Resort since July 2020. Prior to that, they worked as an Analyst in Casino Optimization at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas | Las Vegas Sands Corp. from November 2018 to July 2020. Before that, they were a Client Services Consultant at Scientific Games from July 2016 to November 2018. Sierra also gained experience at Wynn Las Vegas, where they worked as a Resort Marketing Coordinator from June 2015 to July 2016 and as a Ticket Office Agent from December 2012 to June 2015. Sierra began their career in the hospitality industry as a Human Resources Intern at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts from January 2015 to May 2015.

Sierra Weyer obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Hospitality Administration/Management/Gaming from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2016. Sierra later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, starting in 2020 and completing it in 2022.
