Fedder Hindrichsen

Fedder Hindrichsen has extensive experience in banking and process management, currently serving as Product Owner for KYC/AML at Sydbank since November 2016, where responsibilities include leading a department focused on quality assurance and customer control to combat money laundering and terrorism financing. Previously, Fedder held roles such as Afdelingschef for the bank’s Process Office, enhancing process orientation and digitalization efforts, and Senior Business Process Consultant, driving the introduction of processes within the organization. Prior to Sydbank, experience includes leading a support function at SE for electric sales and acting as a LEAN Agent to promote continuous improvement. Fedder began their career as a Production Engineer at Linak A/S. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Information Technology from Aarhus University and a Master's in Organization & Leadership from SDU, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from the University of Southern Denmark.
