Jon Elhardt's work experience begins in 2003 as an Intern Network Administrator and Software Quality Engineering intern at Trading Technologies. Jon later joined CareerBuilder.com in 2005 as a Senior Account Manager and progressed to become a Team Lead and then a Senior Team Lead. In 2008, Jon moved to AvePoint as a Regional Sales Manager and later became a Regional Sales Director. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Sales Manager at Directions Training Center. Jon then joined Extract Systems as a Business Development Manager from 2011 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, Jon worked at Acquirent, first as a Sales Manager and then as the Vice President of Sales. In 2017, they became the Principal Consultant at HartLed Solutions, where they focused on sales and marketing channel optimization. Jon then took on the role of VP of Sales at Edlio, LLC from 2019 to 2022. Currently, they are the Co-Founder and CEO of Tendril LLC, a sales acceleration firm that focuses on agent-assisted dialing, sales coaching and training, data enrichment, outsourced sales, and nearshore expansion in Mexico.
Jon Elhardt earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Leadership and Change Management from DePaul Driehaus College of Business, where they attended from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Ambrose University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jon has obtained several certifications, including graduating from the Edlio Leadership Academy, becoming a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, and earning certifications in Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultation and Salesforce Administration. These certifications were obtained in 2021, 2020, 2018, and 2017 respectively.
