Gabriel Mattar

Gabriel Mattar is a skilled technical leader and software engineer with experience in backend development and optimization. Currently serving as Product Tech Lead at SYDLE since January 2018, Gabriel manages a team focused on the SYDLE ONE platform, overseeing critical components such as distributed cache, script engine, and database management using technologies like MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and Hazelcast. Prior roles at SYDLE included contributions as a Java Software Engineer, where performance optimizations led to significant cost reductions, and as a Trainee developing BPM products utilizing Java and Angular. Gabriel’s earlier research experience at CEFET-MG involved tackling the Minimum Latency Problem, developing algorithms, and implementing solutions in C++. Gabriel holds a degree in Engenharia de Computação from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais.
