Alan Yuen

Alan Yuen is a Senior Commercial Manager and Contract Manager at Sydney Metro, having joined the company in March 2023. Prior to this role, Alan worked at CPB Contractors from April 2018 to April 2023, serving as a Contracts Administrator on the WestConnex Rozelle Interchange Project, where responsibilities included managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and administering claims. Alan also held the position of Site Engineer M&E on the WestConnex M4 East Stage 1b Tunnel Project, overseeing the procurement and logistics of cable containment, budget management, and resolution of design issues. Earlier experience includes a Site Engineer role at Leighton Asia, contributing to the Central-Wan Chai Bypass and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge projects.
