Ali Mohiti

Ali Mohiti is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in geotechnical and design management roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager Engineering at Sydney Metro since January 2023, Ali previously held the position of Design Manager/Delivery Manager at TYPSA, overseeing projects such as the Sydney Metro Western Sydney Airport Tender Design and the Sydney Metro West Central Tunnelling Package. Prior to that, Ali worked at Coffey as Associate Geotechnical Engineer and Geotechnical Team Leader, contributing to the Snowy 2.0 project. Ali's engineering career began at Cardno, where responsibilities included Senior Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer roles. Ali's academic background includes a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of New South Wales, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Iran University of Science and Technology.
