Amelia Loder

Amelia Loder is an experienced sustainability professional currently serving as Sustainability Manager at Sydney Metro since October 2020. In this role, Amelia acts as the Senior Manager for Sustainability on the Western Sydney Airport project, leading the sustainability team and coordinating with delivery partners. Previously, Amelia held the position of Sustainability Officer at Energetics Pty Ltd, where responsibility included assessing climate risks and implementing adaptation strategies. Earlier experiences include working as a mechanical engineer at Arup, focusing on mechanical and medical gas design for various projects, along with private tutoring in mathematics and a mechanical engineering internship at Origin Energy. Amelia holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons I) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sydney.
