Ana Garcia

Ana Garcia currently serves as Senior Manager - Customer and Product at Sydney Metro West, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Ana worked at Transport for NSW from September 2017 to July 2022, where roles included Senior Manager - Customer Readiness, Program Manager Go-To-Market, and Design Manager, focusing on enhancing customer experience and wayfinding within the Sydney Trains metro rail network. Additional experience includes positions as Senior Design Manager at Frost*collective and Design Manager at Büro North, where Ana managed design projects and branding strategies. Earlier roles consisted of Project Coordinator and Interior Designer at DARYL JACKSON PTY LTD, and a Design Studio Tutor at RMIT University. Ana holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Sydney and Bachelor’s degrees in Interior Design from RMIT University and La Salle College.
