Bethany Harper

Bethany Harper is an experienced legal professional with a robust background in project procurement and construction law. Currently serving as the Executive Director Legal at Sydney Metro since September 2017, Bethany has held roles including A/Executive Director Legal and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior to this, Bethany worked as Corporate Counsel at Transurban from September 2013 to September 2017 and as a Lawyer at Henry Davis York from May 2010 to September 2013, specializing in construction law, contract preparation, and dispute resolution. Earlier experience includes a role as a Lawyer in the litigation team at Corban Revell Lawyers from February 2008 to April 2010. Bethany holds a BA/LLB from The University of Auckland, earned between 2003 and 2007, with an English Major.
