Damien Harris

Damien Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and capability development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Capability at Sydney Metro since April 2021. With a background at Sydney Trains, where Damien held multiple roles including Manager Workforce and Competency and SAP Lead, as well as Program Review responsibilities, Damien has demonstrated expertise in program management and reporting. Prior roles include Program Management Office Analyst at TfNSW, WorkForce Planner and Planning & Reporting Manager at RailCorp, and Planning Reporting Manager at Network Rail. Damien began a career as a Senior Consultant at AndersElite following the attainment of a Bachelor of Information Systems from NorthTec between 1997 and 2000.
