Hugh Chapman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in environmental management, sustainability, and planning within the infrastructure sector. Currently serving as the Director of Environment, Sustainability & Planning for Sydney Metro's Western Sydney Airport project, Hugh has successfully led the implementation of environmental and sustainability initiatives. Previous roles include Associate Director Environment and Principal Manager Environment, Sustainability and Planning for the Sydney Metro Northwest project, where Hugh oversaw the delivery of a significant project under budget and on time. Hugh's career also encompasses positions as Sustainability Consultant for the WestConnex M4 East Project and Group Manager Sustainability at UGL Limited, where strategic direction and policy implementation were key responsibilities.
