John Counter is a seasoned professional in the fields of human resources and industrial relations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Workforce Relations at Sydney Metro since May 2023. With over 35 years of experience across both public and private sectors, John has held pivotal roles such as Principal at JJC Workplace Relations Legal and Principal Consultant at JJC Consulting.
