Josh Whetham

Josh Whetham has over 15 years of experience in engineering, currently serving as Associate Director Engineering at Sydney Metro since July 2021, following a role as Senior Engineering Manager. Prior to this, Josh held positions at Arcadis as Principal Structural Engineer and OSD Structural Lead from July 2019 to July 2021, and at AECOM as Senior Structural Engineer from July 2016 to July 2019. Early career experience includes Structural Engineer at Read Jones Christoffersen Ltd., Graduate Structural Engineer at AECOM, and Undergraduate Engineer at Port Waratah Coal Services Pty Ltd. Josh holds a Diploma in Project Management from Elemental Projects Australia and dual degrees in Civil Engineering (BEng) and Management (B.Bus) from the University of Newcastle.
