Melissa Salata

Melissa Salata is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in architecture and design. Since October 2021, Melissa has served as Design Director at Sydney Metro, following a long tenure at Grimshaw where Melissa ascended from Associate to Associate Principal starting in 2007. Prior experience includes serving as a Councillor for Darebin City Council from 2002 to 2008. Melissa holds a Master of Architecture from Deakin University, attained between 2009 and 2011, as well as a Bachelor of Interior Design from Swinburne University of Technology, completed from 2003 to 2007.
