Rachel Kohan

Rachel Kohan has extensive experience in transport planning, currently serving as Manager of Transport Planning at Sydney Metro since July 2021. Prior to this role, Rachel held positions at Arup from November 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included conducting safe system assessments and operational traffic modeling, among other projects. Earlier experience at Cardno involved developing accessibility plans and managing upgrades for transport facilities. Rachel began a career in engineering with the Department of Education in Western Australia as a swimming coach. Academic credentials include an MBA from AGSM @ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering from UNSW, complemented by a certificate in Urban Planning from the University of Amsterdam.
