Richa Lalit is a seasoned professional in data governance and analytics, currently serving as Senior Manager of Data Governance at Sydney Metro since September 2022. Prior to this role, Richa held the position of Data Manager at Transport for NSW, where significant achievements included the implementation of an automated data platform in the Azure Cloud environment and enhancements in data quality and governance. Richa's previous experience includes working as Manager of Data Strategy & Governance at KPMG Australia, focusing on data governance frameworks and stakeholder engagement, as well as serving as a specialist in Data Analytics, Financial Planning, and Analysis at Cornerstone Performance Management/PMSquare. Richa began a career in data analytics at HCL Technologies, leading data warehouse implementations and managing teams. Richa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from ITM Gurgaon.
