Rowena Drury

Rowena Drury is a seasoned professional in customer experience and product management with extensive experience in the telecommunications and transportation sectors. Currently serving as A/Director of Customer & Product at Sydney Metro since December 2017, Rowena has previously held various senior roles, including Senior Customer and Product Manager and Senior Customer Experience Manager. Prior to Sydney Metro, Rowena worked at Telstra as Product Experience Manager for Business NBN and as NBN Product Marketing Manager for Consumer, and held positions at SingTel Optus Pty Ltd and Nokia Mobile Phones. Rowena holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong and an MBA from the University of Technology Sydney.
