Prior to this role, Cathy worked in various positions within the organization, including Administration Assistant and HR Advisor. Before joining Sydney Roosters, Cathy worked at Easts Leagues Club in roles such as Membership Coordinator and Functions Coordinator. Cathy's career has been dedicated to the sports and club industry, with a solid educational background from St Clare's College Waverley.
