Emma Winestone

Emma Winestone has been a professional violinist for over ten years. Emma has performed with the Melbourne Opera and the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, and has been teaching violin at the Melbourne Recital Centre and Carnegie Primary School for the past four years. In their current role as Director of Orchestra Management at the Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Emma is responsible for coordinating the programming and administration of the orchestra's concerts and events.

Emma Winestone has a Bachelor of Music (Degree with Honours) and a Bachelor of Music from the University of Melbourne. Emma also has a certification from Google Digital Garage in The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, a certification from the Australian Music Examinations Board in Associate Diploma of Music (Violin), a Scope (Aust) Young Ambassador Bronze Certificate, and a Working With Children Check from the Australian Government.

They are on a team with and Rosie Marks - Smith - Orchestra Personnel Manager. Their manager is Aernout Kerbert, Director of Orchestra Management.
