Heath Wilder

Heath Wilder is an experienced professional in the arts and cultural sector, currently serving as the Director of Digital Innovation at Sydney Theatre Company since September 2022. In this role, Heath ensures that digital initiatives and data governance align with organizational goals while enhancing the company's data assets. Previously, Heath was the Director of Customer Experience at Sydney Dance Company from March 2017 to September 2022, responsible for customer insights, segmentation, and managing the Tessitura SQL server Database. Heath also held various roles at the Sydney Theatre Company, including Ticketing Specialist and Box Office Manager. With a diverse background as a CRM & Ticketing Manager and actor, Heath's education includes a Master of Science in Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts in Acting from Western Sydney University.
