Jessica Parsons

Jessica Parsons has extensive experience in customer service and team leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as Customer Experience Team Leader at Inner West Council since October 2020, Jessica has held multiple roles including Customer Service Supervisor and Membership Sales and Services Officer. Concurrently, Jessica works as a Customer Service Assistant at Sydney Uni Sport & Fitness. Prior to these positions, Jessica held leadership roles at YMCA NSW, where responsibilities included overseeing membership services and coordinating OSHC programs. Additional roles in customer service include positions at Woolworths Supermarkets and Scene to Believe, with foundational experience as a Registration Officer and Mission Director at Battlezone Playlive and Newcastle Laser Tag 2 U, respectively.
