Fadi Feddo has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Fadi started their career as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at Babbage Consultants Limited in 2007. Fadi then joined GEA Processing Engineering Limited as a Project Engineer - Services in 2013, where they worked on major projects involving steam modelling design, procurement, site supervision, and commissioning. Fadi obtained a Certificate of Proficiency in Thermofluids from The University of Auckland in 2007. In 2002, Fadi acquired a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biomedical Sciences, General from The University of Auckland. Prior to their university education, they attended Rosmini College and received a NZQA - Bursary in an unspecified field of study for the period between 1996 to 2002.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Fadi has obtained several certifications. Fadi acquired a Level 2 Incident Controller certification from Emergency Management Network Solutions in May 2021. Fadi also holds the professional designations of RPEQ - Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland, APEC Engineer, CPEng - Chartered Professional Engineer, IntPE - International Professional Engineer, and NER - National Engineering Register, all granted by Engineers Australia in June 2017. Furthermore, they obtained an APEC Engineer certification from Engineering New Zealand, as well as an IntPE - International Professional Engineer certification in 2013. Finally, Fadi achieved the CPEng - Chartered Professional Engineer designation from Engineering New Zealand in January 2012.
