Jodie Polutele

Jodie Polutele is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications and external affairs. Currently serving as a Senior Strategic Communications Advisor for Sydney Water since May 2022, Jodie leads the development and implementation of communication strategies for major projects, collaborating with media and government stakeholders. Prior roles include Head of Communications and External Affairs at the Biennale of Sydney, where Jodie was instrumental in generating significant income and managing various marketing initiatives. Previous experience includes communications roles at Blacktown Arts, WestWords, and as a children's book author for HarperCollins Australia, along with several editorial positions in notable media organizations. Jodie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Western Sydney University and has pursued further training in business and social media strategy.
