Juan Perez de Obanos

Juan PEREZ DE OBANOS has a diverse range of work experience in the field of water and wastewater engineering. Juan has held roles such as Management Systems Lead, Process Engineer, Odour & Corrosion Specialist, Water/Wastewater Engineer, Project Engineer & Production Operator, Water Project Engineer, and Process Engineer Researcher. Their experience includes tasks such as project management, equipment selection, tender preparation, installation and commissioning, procurement, plant monitoring, automation, budgeting, coordination, research, and simulation. Juan has also worked as a tutor, assisting chemical engineering students and organizing educational events.

Juan PEREZ DE OBANOS completed their education with a Licenciatura en Ingeniería de procesos química (Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Process Engineering) from Universidad Simón Bolívar from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, in 2013 to 2014, they pursued Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology at Ecole des Mines de Nantes, earning the degree of Environmental engineer. Juan also obtained additional certifications such as ISO 9001 Lead Auditor - Quality Certification from BSI in April 2023 and Management and Public Speaking from AIESEC in July 2012.
