Strategy Lead - Business Customer Operations at Sydney Water Corporation

Rasha Watson has a diverse work experience in both Sydney Water and BOC South Pacific. In Sydney Water, they started as a Safety Project Lead in August 2017, where they coordinated and oversaw the implementation of safety initiatives and projects. Rasha then moved on to become a Business Customer Representative in the Major Customers team, managing relationships with large business customers and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Rasha later became a Team Leader, Major Customers, leading a team that facilitated complex customer services and played a role in protecting staff safety and asset integrity. Currently, Rasha is working as the Strategy Lead - Business Customer Operations, responsible for shaping and executing strategies to enhance customer operations and drive business success.

Prior to their time at Sydney Water, Rasha worked as a Remote Operations Engineer at BOC South Pacific. In this role, they were responsible for optimizing different plants, such as Air Separation Units, Liquid Helium production facilities, and Hydrogen plants, among others. Rasha also focused on plant optimization to minimize electricity costs and optimize customer supply.
