Andrew Lau

Andrew Lau serves as the Senior Executive Vice President of Specialty Polymers at Syensqo, leading a USD 1 billion global Materials business focused on the electronics and industrial markets, responsible for strategy and full P&L. Previously, Lau held the same title at Solvay, overseeing a USD 900 million Materials business. Earlier roles include Vice President and General Manager at Honeywell, where Lau managed a USD 400 million electronic materials business, and Global Vice President at KMG for electronic chemicals. Lau’s background includes leadership positions at Linde, where responsibilities encompassed managing significant electronics businesses and developing supply strategies. Lau holds an MBA from the University of Rochester and a degree in Global Leadership Development from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
