Americas Supply Chain Director at Syensqo

Beth Bouchette, CPIM has a comprehensive work experience in the field of supply chain management. Beth currently holds the role of Americas Supply Chain Director at Syensqo, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to this, Beth worked at Solvay, where they held various roles. Beth served as the Americas Supply Chain Director for Solvay's Materials Segment from October 2020 to December 2023. Before that, they were the Supply Chain Excellence Manager from January 2016 to September 2020, where they were responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring supply chain processes across the company. Additionally, they managed a team of Supply Chain Excellence Project Leaders. Beth also served as a Product Manager for the Ultra Performance Materials product line from September 2013 to January 2016, where they developed marketing and product line strategies and managed the entire product portfolio life cycle. Prior to that, they were the Global Supply Chain Planner from May 2009 to September 2013, where they managed all aspects of the global supply chain for two product families. Beth began their career at Solvay as a Customer Service Representative and Lean Six Sigma Facilitator from June 2002 to May 2009, where they managed order to cash operations and led Lean Six Sigma projects. Overall, Beth has a diverse background in supply chain management with a focus on process improvement, product management, and global planning.

Beth Bouchette, CPIM, holds a Master of Business Administration degree in General Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, which they obtained from 2006 to 2009. Prior to their MBA, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History/Chemistry from Georgia State University from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they are certified in Production and Inventory Management by APICS, which they obtained in 2010.
