Brooke Demchuk

Brooke Demchuk is a Senior Sustainability Analyst at Syensqo, where responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators related to greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water, waste, and circularity, as well as spearheading initiatives for sustainable sourcing of palm-based raw materials. Prior to this role, Brooke served as a Sustainability Analyst at Solvay, performing similar sustainability monitoring and strategic contributions. Brooke's earlier experience includes a consultant position at the OECD in the Climate, Biodiversity and Water division, focusing on nature-based solutions for climate adaptation, and an internship that involved qualitative research and report preparation. Additional experience includes serving as an Environmental Sustainability Assistant for the City of Ventura, where programs for hazardous waste reuse and community outreach were implemented. Brooke holds a Master's degree in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Economics from American University, with ongoing studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne.
