Florence Turpin

Florence Turpin (Lambert) is a seasoned professional in research and innovation with extensive experience in the chemical and consumer goods industries. Currently serving as R&I Director and Campus Site Manager at Syensqo since December 2023, Turpin previously held several leadership roles at Solvay from January 2008 to December 2023, including R&I Director-Campus Director and Global Research & Innovation Director for Agricultural Specialties, where innovative programs and resource management were prioritized. Turpin's earlier career includes roles as Global Research and Innovation Director for Home and Personal Care and as Marketing & Innovation Director at Henkel, where management of R&D teams and coordination with international labs were key responsibilities. Beginning with a solid educational foundation in chemistry from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille, Turpin has demonstrated expertise in driving innovation and growth within the industry.
