Floryan de Campo

Floryan De Campo currently serves as the Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Life Solutions at Syensqo, a position held since July 2023, focused on driving business growth through sustainable solutions in key markets including Healthcare, Environment, Consumer, and Construction. Prior to Syensqo, Floryan held various leadership roles at Solvay from January 2003 to June 2023, including Executive VP and Business Director for Electronic Chemicals, where responsibilities included transforming the organization for cash accountability and developing strategic growth roadmaps. Floryan also led research and innovation initiatives within Solvay, managing teams dedicated to the creation and commercialization of advanced chemical solutions. Floryan holds an MBA in Finance from Euromed - Jiaotong and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Université de Bordeaux.
