Francine Palmer

Francine Palmer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management, particularly within the technology solutions and mining sectors. Currently serving as VP of Supply Chain at Syensqo since July 2023, Francine previously held several key positions at Solvay from February 2004 to June 2023, including Director of Global Supply Chain for Mining & Phosphorus and Director of Global Order Fulfillment for Technology Solutions. Throughout the career, Francine has demonstrated a strong customer focus, leadership in change management, and the ability to foster innovation in research and development. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Chemistry from Flinders University, a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Adelaide, and a Postgraduate Fellowship in Organic Chemistry from the University of Exeter, complemented by studies at the Yale School of Management.
