Hervé Tiberghien

Hervé Tiberghien is an experienced executive with a strong background in human resources and operations management. Currently serving as Chief Operations Officer and a member of the Executive Committee at Syensqo, Tiberghien previously held significant leadership roles at Solvay as Chief People Officer and at PPG Industries, where roles included Vice President Human Resources and Global HR Director. Tiberghien's earlier experience includes positions at AGC Asahi Glass, where responsibilities encompassed Plant Director and Quality Director for the Automotive Division. Tiberghien holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from UCLouvain Saint-Louis Bruxelles, earned between 1993 and 1995.
