Jocelyn Silvio has extensive experience in HR and talent management roles. Jocelyn began their career as a Corporate Training Officer at Citizens Financial Group, Inc./Mellon Bank NA in 1998. Jocelyn then moved on to a Senior Organizational Development Consultant role at Giant Eagle in 2006, where they collaborated with business leaders on talent management strategies. Jocelyn later became the Director of Talent Management & Organizational Development at MASCO Administrative Services from 2012 to 2015. Following this, they served as the Vice President of Learning & Innovation at Success Group International from 2015 to 2016. Jocelyn then joined Westinghouse Electric Company as the Director of Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness from 2016 to 2017. Jocelyn then worked at PPG Industries, where they held various leadership positions in talent management and organizational development from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they serve as the Vice President of HR, Operations & Functions at Syensqo.

Jocelyn Silvio holds a Master's Degree in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, obtained in 2012. Jocelyn also received a Bachelor's Degree in Business & Sociology from Washington & Jefferson College in 2000. Additionally, they have pursued various certifications in human resources, leadership, and coaching, including the SHRM-SCP, Lominger Certified Professional, and Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
