Lidiane Oliveira

Lidiane Oliveira has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lidiane has held various leadership positions in marketing, sustainability, and research & development. Currently, they serve as the Strategic Marketing & Sustainability Director at Syensqo's Novecare Global Business Unit. Before joining Syensqo, Lidiane worked at Solvay, where they held roles such as Strategic Marketing & Sustainability Director, Global Marketing Director, and Research & Innovation Director. Lidiane has also held positions at ANPEI as a Director, ISI Biossintéticos e Fibras as a Member of the Board of Advisors, Oxiteno as a Global Innovation Manager, Symrise as an R&D Senior Coordinator, and Unilever as a Global R&D Senior Coordinator. Lidiane started their career at RVD materiais dielétricos ltda. as a QC and R&D Coordinator and as an intern at Rigesa. Additionally, they have contributed to academia as a Professor at the Universidade Estadual de Campinas.

Lidiane Oliveira holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Analytical Chemistry & Chemometrics from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, which they obtained from 2009 to 2014. Lidiane also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral, completed between 2019 and 2021. Additionally, they pursued studies in Transpersonal psychology at Humanitatis - Instituto de Formação Transpessoal from 2017 to 2018. Lidiane completed their M. Sc. in Analytical Chemistry & Chemometrics at Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 2007 to 2008, and their undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the same institution, obtained between 2002 and 2006. Lidiane has obtained certifications in "Telling a Compelling Data Story" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2022, and "Coaching for Excellence" from Duke Corporate Education.
