Matilde Valeria Solmi

Matilde Valeria Solmi currently serves as Battery Project Leader at Syensqo since October 2018, focusing on advancements in battery technology. Prior to this role, Matilde Valeria Solmi completed a PhD at both RWTH Aachen University and Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, where research involved the synthesis and characterization of heterogeneous catalysts and the development of processes for CO2 exploitation. Additional experience includes internships and thesis work at the Dipartimento di Chimica Industriale "Toso Montanari" at Università di Bologna, which supported Matilde Valeria Solmi's foundational education, culminating with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Industrial Chemistry from the same institution.
