Michael Radossich

Michael Radossich is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the specialty chemicals industry. Currently serving as President of the Consumer & Resources Division and a member of the Board of Managers for North America at Syensqo since December 2023, Radossich leads a multifunctional organization with full P&L responsibility for $4 billion, overseeing 4,300 employees and a global network of R&I Tech Centers and industrial sites. Prior to this role, Radossich held multiple leadership positions at Solvay from 2015 to December 2023, where significant accomplishments included establishing a new division and transforming major business units into growth engines. Radossich's career began at Cytec Industries Inc., where responsibilities spanned various executive and operational roles. Radossich holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University.
