Pu Chen

Pu Chen currently serves as the Chief Officer of Asia and a member of the Executive Leadership at Syensqo since December 2023, while also holding the title of President of the Aroma Performance Global Business Unit. Prior experience spans over 15 years at Solvay, where Pu Chen was the President of various Global Business Units and managed the global Oil and Gas business for Novecare. Roles included Vice President/General Manager for Novecare North America and Asia Pacific, focusing on P&L responsibilities and operational management across several regions. Earlier experience includes global business management at Rhodia Inc. in the coating sector and technical leadership roles in product development across multiple locations in Asia. Pu Chen holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the National University of Singapore and an MBA from the University of Surrey.
