Gisselle Portuguez

Gisselle Portuguez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Gisselle is currently serving as the Foundever Nearshore Director Business Information Security Office at Sitel Group since September 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of LATAM Security Director at SYKES Costa Rica, starting in April 2021. Gisselle also worked as a Risk and Security Manager at the same company from April 2017. In addition, Gisselle worked as a Psychologist at Psicología from August 2016 and as a Psychologist with an emphasis in Clinic at Psicología from January 2016. Gisselle has also contributed to the academic sector by serving as a Faculty Member at Universidad Latina de Costa Rica from February 2016 to October 2018 and as a University Lecturer in Criminology at Universidad Libre de Costa Rica from May 2013 to October 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Criminal Analyst at Criminologí a e Investigació n from January 2009 to April 2017. Gisselle also has experience in client services and team leadership roles at Tech Data and Datascension, Inc. respectively.
