Oscar Andrés Montero Mora

Oscar Andrés Montero Mora is an experienced technical support professional currently serving as a Splunk Technical Support Engineer Tier 1 and previously as a Cisco Technical Support Agent III at SYKES Costa Rica since July 2020. With a background as a Network Technician at Instacredit in 2017, Oscar has hands-on experience with network devices and the administration of Dell Force10 L3 switches. Oscar is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Universidad Estatal a Distancia de Costa Rica, while also holding a CCNA certification in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Cisco Networking Academy and a B2+ English proficiency from Centro Cultural Británico.
