Stephanie Canales Cerdas

Stephanie Canales Cerdas is an experienced professional currently working as a Splunk Technical Support Engineer at SYKES Costa Rica since October 2019, with prior roles that include Okta Tier 1 CSCR and Cisco HTTS Frontline Agent. Before SYKES, Stephanie worked as an English Teacher at Instituto Corpesa and as an Account Manager at Encore Capital Group. Stephanie began a career in telecommunications as a Telecommunications Technician at Datasys Group. Educationally, Stephanie is pursuing a degree at Tecnológico de Costa Rica, has completed the CCNA program through Cisco Networking Academy, and has studied Linux Administration via Udemy. Stephanie also holds a Technician degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from C.T.P San Sebastian.
