Joanna Sarginson Assoccipd

Joanna Sarginson, ASSOCCIPD, is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the hospitality and outdoor activity sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations for the North and Scotland at Sykes Holiday Cottages since October 2011, Joanna has also held the position of Head of Operations for The Lakes. Prior to joining Sykes, Joanna worked with Pure Cottages Group in various operational roles between October 2011 and January 2021. Joanna's earlier career includes serving as Chief Executive Officer at DreamdaysBC, focusing on Canadian outdoor activities from January 2006 to October 2011, and as a Data Scientist at Merck from February 2001 to February 2006. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lancaster University, complemented by CIPD qualifications in Human Resources Management.
