Mike Frisch has extensive work experience in the software development field. Mike currently works as a Software Engineer at Sylabs Inc. starting in 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Univa from 2009 to 2019, where they held the role of Senior Software Developer. During their time at Univa, they led the Tortuga open source project and worked on cloud management and integration software in Linux. Prior to that, they worked at Hummingbird Ltd as a Senior Software Developer from 1996 to 2005, primarily working on the NFS Maestro Client product. Mike Frisch's work experience began at Computain Publishing Inc. in 1993 as a Software Developer, where they worked on Windows client/server applications using Borland Pascal and Delphi. Mike also had experience in Linux system and network administration during this time.

From 1991 to 1993, Mike Frisch attended Ryerson University, where they studied Electrical Engineering.
