Neal Osler

Neal is the Director of Staffing for SyllogisTeks. He has had an extensive career in the Information Technology industry, beginning as a programmer for Mutual of Omaha in 1982. He joined Cap Gemini America as a Technical Recruiter, eventually becoming a Manager of Professional Staff. In 1992, he joined PKS Information Services, a Data Center Outsourcing company, as a Project Manager. While at PKS, Neal became the Director of Mainframe Systems, leading a team of IT professionals responsible for providing mainframe applications support to PKS outsourcing customers. In 1996, he was named onsite Senior Account Manager to the largest PKS outsourcing customer (BASF Corporation - $20M/yr) in Mt. Olive, NJ. In this capacity, he was responsible for creating and maintaining customer partnerships, monitoring service level agreements, and coordinating service improvement projects. In 1998, he was named Director, West Region, for PKS Systems Integration, LLC, in Phoenix, AZ. In 2000, Neal joined SyllogisTeks as the Director of Staffing. He is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SyllogisTeks Staffing Team.
