Adam Agensky

Adam Agensky has over 18 years of professional experience. Adam began their career in 2003 as Trademark & Copyright Counsel at Novartis. In 2005, they founded Two Square Meters. In 2015, they became the CEO of the Clean Software Alliance (CSA). In 2017, they became a Founding Member of TechGC. From 2020 to 2021, they held various roles including Advisor at Private AI and tiptap, Mentor at NEXT Canada, Executive In Residence at ScaleUP Ventures Inc., and Chief Operating Officer at Sylva. Adam also held various roles from 2007 to 2020 at IAC, including Chief Development Officer & General Counsel of IAC Publishing, Chief Operating Officer of Ask Partner Network, EVP & General Counsel of Mindspark Interactive Network, Inc., and VP & Assoc. General Counsel of IAC Search & Media.

Adam Agensky completed a Juris Doctor from Cardozo School of Law in the field of Law and Intellectual Property. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts from Western University.
