Ilana Bondell has extensive experience in strategy and brand consultancy. Ilana started their career at Leaps and Bounds (The LAB) as an intern in pediatric occupational therapy in 2007. Ilana Bondell has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Wesleyan University, where they double majored in Psychology and American Studies.
