Paula Zanco Miranda is an accomplished professional in human resources, currently serving as a Senior Analyst in Attraction and Selection at Sylvamo Brasil since December 2021, where responsibilities include end-to-end recruitment for challenging positions and managing internship and trainee selection processes.
