Nathan Crankshaw currently serves as a Project Controller at Sylvan, Inc. since August 2023, focusing on the NextStar battery plant project. Crankshaw is also the Head Instructor and Co-Founder of Prospects Goaltending & Athletics, operating since September 2012, providing goalie coaching across Southern Ontario. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Financial Analyst at Cleveland-Cliffs from August 2019 to August 2023, where responsibilities encompassed variance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and project management. Previous positions held include Goaltending Consultant for LaSalle Vipers and Goaltending Consultant/Statistician for the University of Windsor, along with various accounting roles at Integram Windsor Seating. Crankshaw holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Nipissing University and a Business Administration degree from St. Clair College.
