Cassandra Loomans

Cassandra Loomans has a strong background in the agricultural industry, with a focus on strategic planning and sales. Cassandra has been with Sylvite since 2009, initially as Vice President and later transitioning to the role of General Manager for the East Retail Business. In this position, they are responsible for implementing the long-term strategic plan for the division and overseeing branch operations. Additionally, Cassandra plays a key role on the leadership team, contributing to the overall growth and vision of Sylvite. In 2012, they gained valuable experience through a three-month secondment to RK Harrison Insurance Brokers, where they worked with various teams in the London Insurance Market, developing a thorough understanding of the Lloyds of London market.

Cassandra Loomans obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Agricultural Business from the University of Guelph. Cassandra has also obtained several certifications including Canadian Accredited Insurance Broker (CAIB) from the Insurance Brokers Association of Ontario in 2014, Executive Development Program (EDP) from Agri-Food Management Excellence former George Morris Centre in 2011, and Registered Insurance Broker of Ontario (RIBO) in 2008.
