Olivia Bartolo

Olivia Bartolo currently serves as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Symal Group, where responsibilities include driving initiatives related to recruitment, employee engagement, change management, industrial relations, and learning and development. Since January 2022, Olivia has focused on enhancing employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness while developing leaders and empowering teams. Prior to this role, Olivia was the Chief Innovation Officer, contributing to company growth through technology innovation and effective change management, and held positions as Group Corporate Services Director and Human Resources and Industrial Relations Manager at Symal Group from 2004 to January 2021. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from Victoria University.
